Pick Ups and Drop Offs – A Window of Oppurtunity
We allow a 20 minute window for you to
arrive with your dog or to pick up your dog.
For example if you are booked to
drop off your dog at 9:30 we will be
prepared to receive your
pooch anywhere between 9:20 and 9:40.
At Rayki’s Place we are careful to schedule individual
pick up and drop off times so that only
ONE dog is transitioning at a time.
If you know that you can not make it within your
given time window please call to let us know.
We may need to reschedule your time to accommodate
another pre-arranged doggie transfer time.
It is important as it helps to keeps everyone
safe and ensure a calm and relaxed
drop off and pick up experience for all of us!
In the rare event you arrive and someone else is
picking up their fur baby please wait patiently until
they are in their car and on their way
before you come in to collect your pooch.

Statutory Holidays
Althought we will be caring for our Holiday Pooches,
we are closed on all Statutory Holidays.
Sorry no Pick Ups or Drop Offs.
Business Hours
If you need to access us (pick up and/or drop off) outside of
our regular business hours (Monday - Friday 7:30 - 6:00)
and if we are able to accommodate your request
please expect an additional $5.00 to
be added to your invoice.

Cancellation Policy
If for some reason you can not make your
pre-arranged daycare/drop-in time we require at least 24 hours notice.
All Holiday/Overnight stays require one weeks cancellation notice.
Please keep in mind we schedule Rayki's Place Pooches very carefully.
Your spot is reserved especially for your dog and we do our
best to accommodate everyone as much as possible.
No shows or late cancellations may mean
another dog has lost out on an opportunity to play for the day!
You will be charged for your stay in the event you
fail to provide adequate notice.

Billing
Regular daycare dogs will be invoiced on a bi-weekly basis.
Holiday/Overnight stays are to paid in full at the time of drop-off.
Hourly and drop-in daycare rates are to be paid at pick-up time.
Cheques are to made payable to Rayki's Place.

Holiday/Overnight Stays
Things to bring:
- Clearly labelled food - individually proportioned for each meal
- Dishes
- Usual sleeping comforts i.e. blankets, bed etc.
- Favourite toys/familiar items
- Crate/Kennel (in case your dog needs to be isolated - medical reasons)
- Leashes
- Brush
- Treats
- Any special instructions if necessary (in writing)
All Holiday Stays must be pre-paid please.
